FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER - SALES
Summary
Finance and Insurance Managers are responsible for the business aspect of the sale at their OneWater store. They are passionate about delighting internal and external customers and achieving or exceeding their volume, financial products and profit goals through effective management of the business transactions. The position is exempt.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Finalizes all sales deals by matching the customer’s financial goals with the appropriate finance and products package
- Demonstrates excellent presentation and sales through the customer experience
- Maintains knowledge of finance programs and products
- Develops own style to effectively convert cash customers to financing
- Demonstrates teamwork and is always available for the proper turn from the sales team
- Ensures all paperwork is accurately and timely provided to accounting department
- Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers
- Maintains a clean work space for entertaining customers
- Supports General Manager in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events
- Leads a positive and ethical work environment that attracts, motivates and contributes to retaining high performing team members.
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of finance program and product knowledge
- Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
Qualifications & Expectations
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Computer Knowledge
- F&I as percentage of BMT Sales
- Degree or Equal Experience
- Extended Warranty/IPP Protection/Finance penetration
- Financial experience
- Lift 10 lbs infrequently
- Seated, Standing, Climbing
