FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
METTAWA, IL
This position is 80% remote. Worker must be able to come into the office as needed.
Required Skills:
- 1 to 3 years' experience.
- Experience in Excel preferred.
Project Description:
- Performs routine repeatable financial tasks.
- Process Purchase Order Requests.
- Process Incoming Invoices.
- Run Monthly Financial Reports and Distribute to Key Stakeholders.
- Schedule Financial Review Meetings.
- Take Notes / Action Log Financial Review Meetings.
This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
