Job Description:
The candidate we are searching for is an individual who is self-driven and is searching for a company they can grow with. Our candidate should be dependable and willing to be in a on-call rotation to respond quickly after hours in the event of an emergency. Our Franchise is seeking someone who is confident and hard working in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people and helping them in their time of need, has excellent communication skills, enjoys working in a team environment and is able to multi-task. We expect the candidate to be someone who can be developed into a position of leadership within our company as we grow. Responsibilities:
· Maintain a clean, organized and fully operating vehicle and clean equipment · Prepare rooms/areas for work activities · Set up a staging area and equipment for each project · Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance · Perform production processes following SERVPRO ® production guidelines · Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment and supplies needed for each project · Ensure clear two-way communication with project managers, crew cheifs and other technicians · Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site clean and orderly · Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but we will train driven individuals · High School diploma/GED required · Effective verbal communications · IICRC certifications preferred · Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law · The applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record · Must be computer savvy and have a good understanding of basic math.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
· Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance · Work with industry chemical products used in the remediation and mitigation of residential and commercial structures. · Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing · Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights· Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)· Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
