• Perform mechanical repairs, such as belt replacements, bearing replacements, and pulley adjustments.
• Test and calibrate repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used, work performed, and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and offering equipment maintenance tips.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness equipment models, technology advancements, and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize repair processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with fitness equipment repair is highly preferred but not required.
