Job Title: Floor Assembler - P&P 2
Pay Rate: $20/Hr.
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Note: Must pass a background check and drug test with minimum education qualification of High School Diploma

This position is for Healthcare diagnostic division.

This position is in the Manufacturing group in Hoffman Estates, IL. This position requires Contingent Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption

Responsibilities of this position are-

• To assemble products using assembly drawings and procedures
• Execute duties in compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Test products using test equipment, procedures, and document results
• Recognize, report, troubleshoot, and repair products and process non-conformances.
• Assure completion of system or sub-assembly in a timely manner.
• Able to work with a group or alone

General Requirements:

• Supports semi-complex manufacturing-related studies and processes.
• Gathers and records semi-complex production information; enters data into internal computer systems.
• Participates in semi-complex repairing and retesting for products and/or manufacturing facilities.
• Helps develop estimates of requirements arising from process changes.
• Resolves semi-complex manufacturing or maintenance-related problems affecting daily operations.
• May participate in technical problem-solving/troubleshooting support in a manufacturing environment.
• Participates in troubleshooting for machine operations to determine parameters for improving efficiency in a production environment.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Must have 1 year of electrical/mechanical experience.
• Must have computer experience.
• Minimum travel with the position.
• Experience with the cabling of heavy mechanical assemblies is a plus.
• Demonstrates comprehensive working knowledge of a technical or specialty area, and of operations, methods, and practices.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of hand tools and torque wrenches is required.

Education:

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

• Goleta, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
