We are looking for a Food Runner to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our restaurants and pickups for carry-out and delivery.

We are looking for a Food Runner to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our restaurants and pickups for carry-out and delivery.
Our food running position is slightly different than most restaurants because we are a food hall. We have 8 restaurants located inside Element Eatery and the food runner is responsible for picking up the food from each stall and organizing it in one container for pickup.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up food from the restaurants and bring it to the pickup location.
- Act as the contact point between the guests and the restaurants.
- Ensure food is served by safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
- Help the dining room attendants maintain the dining room during your downtime.
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
- Answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items.
Requirements and Skills:
- Understanding hygiene and food safety rules.
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not necessary.
