Job Summary

Fletcher-Reinhardt Company is a full-line electric utility distributor with our headquarters in Bridgeton, Missouri and additional locations in Illinois and Iowa. As a family and woman owned business, we strive to cultivate a genuine culture that translates to a dependable and respected reputation to our vendors and customers. As our company grows, we are looking for an energetic and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Efficiently coordinate and prepare material for job site delivery
• Use forklift to effectively pull and put away material in appropriate locations
• Load/unload shipments from the warehouse and yard, including during inclement weather
• Accurately utilize RF Scanner to document material being handled to update inventory
• Collaborate with other Fletcher-Reinhardt team members to assist customers
• Assist with warehouse housekeeping, including but not limited to sweeping and cleaning
• Occasional overtime, as required by supervisor, to meet company needs

Required Qualifications

• Maneuver heavy equipment safely and responsibly
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance; occasionally up to 100 lbs, however not required to lift over 50 lbs without assistance
• Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to graciously and efficiently respond to feedback from customers and internal staff
• Passion for learning new skills and growing with a team

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA Forklift Certification
• Working knowledge of electrical utility products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
