Solutions is a fun & fast paced full service salon & spa offering hair, nail, skin, massage and body treatment services.
A Guest Service Specialist is someone who strives to provide excellent service to clients and coworkers alike.
Responsibilities of this position are:
Attention to detail is essential in collecting client information, scheduling appointments, register transactions and balancing the cash drawer.
Multi-tasking in order to provide service for others.
Willingness to learn information about products and services and then educate guests by recommending products and services to fit their needs.
Taking pleasure in working towards positive and pleasant working relationships with others on the customer service team as well as coworkers in other departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
