Front Desk/ Scheduling Coordinator
Also known as: FD (front desk)
Duties/Position:
- #1 patient relations: making the connection with the patient and placing them at ease from the moment they walk in the door.
- The FD is the first impression of the practice - they can make or break us
- #2 ensuring a productive schedule: not only filling the schedule with people, but filling the schedule in a productive manner that helps the practice reach its production goals.
- Checking patients in/out
- Ensuring flow and timing of the patient care
- Communication from the front office to the back office
- Collecting payments/money due
- Internal marketing: asking for google reviews and word of mouth referrals (care to share)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.78 per hour
