Front Desk Receptionist Job at Four Seasons

Front Desk Receptionist responds to wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests; adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Utilizes a variety of Four Seasons software to accurately track guest’s needs and preferences. Is responsible for handling Elite Guests and Suite Bookings.
Handles all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints. Works harmoniously with all departments to assure smoothing handling of guest’s arrival and departure experience. Completes room inspections and orientations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. Prior luxury experience a plus.
Qualifications include:
Ability to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism
Solid communication, organization and leadership skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel; Opera a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution
