JOB FUNCTION:
The Front End Booth Lead is responsible for all Customer Service booth tasks: daily balancing,
bill payment systems, money orders, money gram, lottery, and check cashing. Supports the Store
Director in Front-End operations, and in modeling and providing excellent customer service.

JOB FUNCTION:
The Front End Booth Lead is responsible for all Customer Service booth tasks: daily balancing,
bill payment systems, money orders, money gram, lottery, and check cashing. Supports the Store
Director in Front-End operations, and in modeling and providing excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Becomes the role model for excellent customer service;
- Handles difficult situations with customers;
- Conducts in-depth store walks;
- Oversees customer flow, making proper adjustments to schedule in order to meet
- Responsible for monitoring and authorizing all void and refund transactions;
- Assists in all point-of-sale activities during periods of heavy customer traffic, and/or to
- Maintains a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and enforces the company dress code for front-end employees;
- Ensures that front-end employees comply with safety policies and procedures;
- Monitors and enforces punctuality of front-end employees and ensures their compliance with the company’s time clock policies;
- Performs all tasks assigned to the Customer Service Booth;
- Daily balancing and bank deposit preparation;
- Responsible for Customer Service Booth and office supply orders;
- Assists in training and supervising front-end personnel;
- Ensures excellence in customer service;
- Ensures breaks and meal periods are given and taken by all employees;
- Assists in all point-of-sale activities during periods of heavy customer traffic, and/or to cover breaks and meal periods;
- Responsible for monitoring and authorizing all void and refund transactions;
- Maintains communication with Store Director, and all departments;
- Answers phone calls and directs them to the appropriate department/person.
- The individual must be able to perform all of the duties listed in the Essential Job
- Functions/Responsibilities in an efficient and satisfactory manner;
- High school diploma is preferred, but not required;
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish);
- Strong math and reading skills;
- Must have initiative, be dependable, and provide excellent customer service;
- Ability to work with limited supervision and solve practical problems independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Constant standing and walking;
- Repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, carrying, and lifting;
- Moving items, up to 30 pounds, horizontally or vertically;
- Daily work with computers, printers, telephones, and other office equipment;
- Must have a flexible schedule; evening, weekend and holiday work is required.
- Exposure to wet floors and noise.
