The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in West Bloomfield, Township is Looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual to direct and manage the FOH. Energetic entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions of the restaurant, with a focus on maintaining relationships within the community, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, creating the guest experience, ensuring the highest level of food quality, and meeting the restaurants financial objectives.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years fast past restaurant experience – preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification or able to obtain within 60 days.
• A strong sense of urgency coupled with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong Communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Reputation management of all review channels, ie. Grubhub, Yelp, Google.
• Expeditor Experience – preferred.

• Accomplishing company goals set by owners, and ability to adapt to change.
• Working with Team Members on upselling, driving sales, and customer service techniques.
• Creating high standard for guest experience, to drive high customer loyalty.
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction.
• Working with BOH Manager on COG’s (Food Cost & Labor Cost) to maximize profitability.
• Maintain safe, secure, and health facility environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
• Working with BOH Management and Catering Director on catering order executions.
• Developing and maintaining proper schedules for the staff and completing sales forecasts.
• Recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Working with members of the Marketing Team on implementing and tracking promotions as well as other marketing strategies.

Position is paid hourly based on experience plus tip pool. Total compensation up to $22/hr with tips.
