Summary:
You are responsible for the operational success of SunPower’s Order Fulfilment network in your assigned territory, including shipments from regional warehouses to Residential and Commercial dealers, and distribution of products to internal and external installers in SunPower’s consignment program. The role involves a high degree of coordination and communication among external customers and internal teams, including planning, sales, order management, supply chain and logistics. You will act as a liaison between dealers and SunPower for the consignment program, managing key metrics in every aspect of the program such as forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, stock-out rate. You will be expected to visit each partner at least twice a year to touch base and supervise cycle counts. You will also play a key role in launching new partners on the consignment program through training and basic project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage performance to key metrics such as On Time Delivery (OTD), Stockout Rate, Inventory Turns in your assigned region
Manage 15-25 Inventory consignment locations, including performance to key metrics such as Inventory Accuracy and Forecast Accuracy
Lead monthly Consignment program communication meetings with Dealers covering forecast refresh, aging material, program updates
Maintain key metrics and communicate performance to internal and external audiences
Keep track of root cause corrective actions and leading process improvement initiatives to fix identified issues
Drive accountability to operational performance across the demand and supply organizations
Lead in-person and remote training sessions for program changes and new features (i.e. policy and rule changes, digital tool enhancements, etc.)
Perform routine facility audits ; document results and improvement actions
Act as the initial escalation point for issue resolution, and as the focal point for inquiries and requests
Ensure ERP transactions are completed on time and accurately
Coordinate resolution of damaged, defective, or missing material
Schedule monthly cycle counts, and coordinate processing of count data
Assess charges for cycle count shortages and aging material, and ensure timely invoicing
Lead new Consignment dealer launches, including basic project management, issue management, and training
Coordinate team of 3-5 offshore Order Fulfillment analysts

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations analysis, finance, engineering, or a related field from an accredited college/university
4-6 years of experience in supply chain or a related field
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills, including the ability to tailor tone and content to internal and external (customer) audiences from senior management through operator levels
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Travel up to 50%
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly complex and constantly evolving business environment that may require frequent re-assessment and benchmarking of priorities against objectives
Extensive experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc), including Inventory, WMS, or Planning tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel user (if/then, vlookup, pivot, pivot charts)

Preferred Experience:
Coursework or previous work experience that utilizes statistical analysis
Experience running or using a consignment, vendor managed inventory (VMI) program
Experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
Pay Range
$76,032-$114,048*
