SKILLS REQUIRED
o Have a solid understanding of the working principles of banks and financial institutions and a sound knowledge of PBT’s established policies and procedures, including BSA. o Must be able to operate a computer, calculator, and various other office equipment o Have excellent communication skills and customer service skills. o Requires ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. o Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

JOB SUMMARY: Provides prompt, efficient, and excellent customer service to customers over the phone. Be knowledgeable of our banking services and recognize customers’ needs with appropriate suggestions concerning bank services

PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES o Answer phone politely and in a timely manner. o Assist customers with a variety of requests including but not limited to account balances, assist with ordering checks, questions concerning direct deposits, stop payments, increase limits on debit cards, transfer of funds, to bank operating hours, etc. o Complete reports that monitor customers assisted and in what request. o Perform other tasks/duties as requested by Supervisor as they relate to the Bank and its functions.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Requires a high school education or equivalent work experience that demonstrates the ability to read, write, interpret and apply instructions to perform the required activities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual dexterity required. Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, stairs, some light lifting. Must be able to operate office machines.
