The incumbent will provide front-line support for the customer service operations of the Registrar's Office.
The General Assistant will:
- Provide customer service by greeting visitors and answering phones
- Processing declaration of majors forms
- Assist with Undergraduate Graduation process
- Assist with Transfer rule verification project
Duties include monitoring, responding to and routing a high volume of email. The position coordinates and executes responses to a high volume of inquiries regarding student records, registration, transfer credit, and graduation.
After training, telework may be available.
Schedule will tentatively be Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm (20 hours per week)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of clerical experience
One Year experience in higher education.
