The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the team provides exceptional guest service, serves high quality food, and maintains cleanliness throughout the store to meet all company, corporate, and food safety guidelines. The General Manager is responsible for continuous Shift Lead and Team Member development to maintain growth and profitability within the store.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring duties are completed accurately.
- Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
- Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and schedule requests.
- Must be present and on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Must maintain required uniform and grooming standards while at work.
- Coaching current and training new team members on proper procedures.
- Hands On leadership and training. Assist with tasks as needed.
- Handling and resolving guest complaints as they come up in store.
- Reporting any issues that arise to management.
- Opening and closing registers as well as preparing cash deposits.
- Opening workflow, Closing workflow, and Redbook
- Completion of truck orders, inventory, and scheduling as assigned
- Ensure that correct inventory levels and all equipment is maintained in excellent condition through the use of approved vendors
- Ability to obtain all required certifications for the position.
- Adhering to all company policies as well as health, safety, and employment standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
