Welcome to an exciting future in the retail beauty industry! As a Hair & Beauty Advisor at Haus of Beauty of ATL, you will be the first point of contact for our guest setting and exceeding their expectations for the beauty journey they’re about to experience , so a positive attitude is a must!

Becoming an advisor at Haus of Beauty ATL is more than just a fun job in the beauty industry. This is a career-changing opportunity for you to grow your skill set while building your network. • Compensation of $3-6k per month.

• Recruiting bonus of $500* (if an employee is gainfully employed with Haus of Beauty ATL for 90 days).

You’ll accomplish all of this by:

• Promptly acknowledging and warmly greeting each guest.

• Offering friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service that always takes priority over other related duties.

• Determining each guest’s needs and answering questions concerning products and services (partnering with management as needed).

• Recommending additional and complementary products and/or services based on guest interests or items already selected for purchase, promoting the Haus of Beauty loyalty programs.

• Serving multiple guests at one time while maintaining composure during busy or peak selling times.

• Helping to eliminate and/or reduce potential theft of product by providing exceptional guest service and maintaining awareness while working.

• Courteously handling sales and must be comfortable explaining store policies, as we have a no refund policy.

• Ensuring the kiosk is replenished throughout the day and merchandising all products to company standards on shelves and tables.

• Participating in physical inventory preparation, execution, and follow-up

• Staying informed regarding new or existing products (e.g., their ingredients and benefits) to better serve guests

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Education

• High school diploma is preferred

Experience

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills

• A demonstrated passion for superior guest service, with the ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.

• Must have the ability to build a client book with loyalty programs and

• Competency with sales and troubleshooting.

• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Essential Functions

• On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand, bend and lift 20-30 pounds of merchandise for a full-scheduled shift
