What you’ll do:

In your role as Homecare Concierge Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare logistics team in Greater NYC. You will ensure that patients and doctors always receive the highest level of service by serving as the quarterback between doctors, patients, and our medical logistics team. Additionally, you will recruit and build a pipeline of X Ray and Ultrasound technologists to enable your team to provide next level personal care. Being effective in this role requires a natural aptitude for building strong, trusting partnerships and knowing how to prioritize and problem solve with limited information.

Some tangible deliverables include:

• Build and improve relationships with referring physicians to generate additional business
• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for X-Ray technologists with greater NYC
• Resolve and maintain 100% follow-through on patient questions, requests and open items

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years Senior Customer Service/Team Lead and/or management experience required.
• Recruiting or sales experience recommended but not required
• Bachelors preferred by not required
• Ability to handle stressful situations with resilience and respond appropriately.
• Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate to expert technical and computer skills.
• Dedicated to improving healthcare and helping people and have successful experience interacting with a diverse population
