YOUR LIFE AS A HEALTHCARE PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
This full-time, entry-level position typically works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends and no holidays!
As a Healthcare Patient Services Representative, you arrive each day ready to open the office of our medical center and ensure its smooth running. With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet patients as you check them in and out. You also help them with scheduling and rescheduling appointments as needed.
With great attention to detail, you handle EHRs (electronic health records) and keep things updated. Our office is always well organized with you on the job. You love keeping busy, having a stable schedule, and being a ray of sunshine for our medical center patients!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great office skills
A college education is preferred but not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this entry-level job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
