• The Security Site Supervisor will be part of the administrative leadership team and expected to participate on relevant teams and committees.
• The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for distributing information to posts as directed by our Branch office, which may include communicating such information to Security Officers at posts and/or obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents, and returning such documents to our Branch office. The Security Site Supervisor must respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Operations Manager(s).
• Our security team is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the community which includes clients, staff, residents and visitors. The Security Site Supervisor is responsible to ensure Security Officers are appropriately trained to deter illegal activities on property while positively contributing to the overall customer experience through a customer service approach. What You Need

• The ability to obtain, or possess a current Level 2 Non-Commissioned Security License for the State of Texas
• Keen attention to detail
• Superior Integrity in all situations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to learn about healthcare security
• Passion for helping people and creating a safe and happy environment
• To be at least 18 years of age
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Proficient in the use and understanding of technology
