Help Desk Support Analyst I
Life Line Screening is looking for a level I Help Desk Support Analyst to join our fast-paced environment in a nationwide, growing organization. This individual will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operations, maintenance of workstation hardware, software, and related infrastructure along with running small workstation administration projects.
This is a hybrid remote & in-office opportunity. Position is based in the Independence, Ohio support office location with a scheduled weekly rotation for in-office days, rotated amongst the team members.
What you'll do:
- Provide in-house technical support to end-users
- Install, maintain, and support the company's desktop, laptop, thin client, tablet, telephone, copier/printer, and other workstation devices
- Support remote employee workstation devices
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Document and escalate incident tickets, utilizing our IT Help Desk
- Perform workstation software/hardware troubleshooting, patches, and re-installations in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedure documentation
- Contribute to and maintain system standards.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
- What you'll need to be successful in this role: *
- Minimum Associate's degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Information Technology or related field
- 1-year experience in technical support (preferred)
- Strong awareness and understanding to maintain customer confidentiality
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
