Description
Decypher is seeking Help Desk Representative candidates to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) at West Bethesda, MD. This position provides technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process component. US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance required.

Required Certifications
One of the following DoD IAT I 8570.01 baseline certifications:
- CompTIA A+ CE
- Cisco Certified Network Associate-Security (CCNA-Security)
- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
- CompTIA Network+ CE
- (ISC)² Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
AND
Current beginner level Operating System (Microsoft) training.
Required Experience
Two years of experience in providing help desk support of networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating system environment.
Required License
Possess a valid Driver’s License for potential operation of low-speed Government furnished equipment (utility cart).
Required Clearance
- US Citizenship and active SECRET clearance required.
