As a Private Dining and Events Server, a typical day might include the following:

• Greeting guests joining us for private events with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor
• Attending to guests questions and needs
• Ensuring guests' food and beverages are served in accordance to the banquet event order (BEO)
• Anticipating guest needs and fulfilling them
• Collecting accurate payment for group if needed
• Resolving any service issues that arise with empathy and according to guidelines
• Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to all company guidelines
• Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and well stocked work environment
• Other duties as assigned

This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year direct serving experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant preferred, banquet and private event experience accepted
• TIPS Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position
• A neat and professional appearance
• Efficient and accurate communication skills
• Ability to build guest loyalty with an outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Excellent memory and ability to multitask
• Work schedule flexibility with night, weekend and holiday availability
• A positive attitude and aptitude to handle high stress environments
