Agency Administrator will work closely with the Agency Director and Agency Owner to assist with the planning, development and day-to-day management operations of the Agency’s services, activities and employees of the Agency.
What you’ll be doing:
· Coordinating with the Agency Owner, who will continue to oversee financial and community relations/marketing duties for the Agency.
· Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Agency and ensuring the Agency employs qualified personnel by assisting our recruiter with job postings, interviews and training and ongoing professional development.
· Organizing and supervising the administrative functions of the Agency.
· Coordinating, evaluating, and developing client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management.
· Assuring compliance with federal/state regulations governing home care services.
· Assisting with the Agency’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program.
· Coordinating the overall development and administration of the Agency consistent with the Agency mission.
· Working closely with the Agency Director (RN) who is responsible for managing our day-to-day clinical operations with our caregivers working in the field.
· Other related duties as assigned by the Agency Owner.
What we’re looking for:
This position is an ideal fit for someone who is looking to work with an experienced team in the office Monday through Friday. Our standard office hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday. As a 24/7/365 agency, you can expect to also support the on-call staff and schedulers as needed after hours and on weekends, but only in a support capacity to answer questions or approve a staffing change as needed.
Holds a minimum of an undergraduate degree; and has evidence of at least five (5) years of training and administrative experience in direct healthcare service delivery with at least two (2) years within the last five (5) years of supervisory or administrative management experience in home health care or a related health program.
Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic. Your safety is our top priority. We provide COVID-19 training and personal protective equipment (PPE) to all employees.
