The Home Care Field Marketer will have experience in the home care industry with solid connections with doctor and specialists' offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
As a Home Care Field Marketer, you will be responsible for building relationships, receiving referrals, and promoting our home health care agency with Hospitals, Assisted Living and Senior Care community organizations, health insurance plans providers and physician practices throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas, with existing referral sources and help to grow and develop multiple locations.
Job Requirements:
- Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Conduct market analyses; develop sales strategy and goals in collaboration with the department and other senior leaders.
- Conduct marketing/ sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
- Market research plans for our services; collaborate on brand positioning, databases, and direct response.
- Visit with physicians, discharge planners, and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program.
- Close sales with families and maintain ongoing follow up relationships with families and referral sources.
- Developing and executing a marketing plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Function independently with solid work ethics, excellent communication skills, punctuality, dedication, and detail oriented.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of recent marketing experience in home health, skilled nursing, or infusion sales; with at least three years total of marketing in the health care industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written skills required.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Able to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to maintain confidentiality of data.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
- Demonstrated computer skills for documents, spreadsheets and database management and ability to learn new electronic medical record software.
Salary: $60,000/yr. plus commission
Schedule:
