Mind and Mobility Home Care provides comprehensive in-home care and restorative therapy for Seniors. We provide seniors with the capability to receive high-quality care from our Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants. Our company in the last 10 years has helped over 10,000 seniors remain independent in their homes. We provide our aides with flexible hour schedules; full-time and part-time hours are available in Pinellas and Pasco County. Our rates are $16/hour, however you have a chance to make more based on the individual case, availability, and areas willing to work in.

Responsibilities

The services that we provide to our clients are:

• Personal Care
• Companionship
• Homemaking
• Respite

Some duties consist of bathing the client, running errands, cleaning the client's home space, feeding, grooming, and doing laundry. Of course, each client has a unique care plan that needs to be followed. Our aides are educated on their clients to ensure that they are the perfect match for each other.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide/CNA certification or CNA license
• An Eligible Level 2 background with AHCA/DOEA
• Valid CPR Card
• Tb shot or X-ray of the chest (can give time to get one done)
• Have dependable transportation
• In-services such as: Alzheimer, HIV, and Assistance with Self Medication CEU’s
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Knows how to work a mobile app as everything is mainly done through your smartphone

We have a lot of morning cases throughout the evening, and night shifts are first come first served.
