JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION
The employee must be able to perform a wide variety of general maintenance tasks that one would find in a home environment. The employee should be able to work with little supervision and be able to plan and complete projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for general maintenance of rooms and throughout the property.
2. Responsible for keeping the spaces clean along with all other maintenance/engineering personnel.
3. Responsible for preventative maintenance work in rooms, motors, and related equipment.
4. Must help maintenance whenever possible (i.e. refrigeration, carpentry, electrical, etc.).
5. Complete essential paperwork to track repairs.
