Housekeeper I (8 AVL) Job at Clemson University
Provides a clean, sanitary and orderly environment for the students, visitors, program participants and employees of the Youth Learning Institute. The housekeeper will be involved in the daily cleaning of site facilities, as well as being responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly checklist.
JOB DUTIES:
55% - Essential - Custodial: Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, and stairways. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums all areas as needed. Collects trash throughout the facility. Handles various cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.
25% - Essential - Laundry: Washes all linens, sheets, towels etc. after adult groups leave. Keeps adult housing in a state of readiness for upcoming groups and meetings. Ensures beds are made, bathrooms are cleaned and stocked, common areas are cleaned and refrigerator is stocked according to group requirements.
20% - Essential - Inventory: Replenishes supplies, i.e. paper towels, toilet paper as needed in all buildings. Keeps inventory and stock of all cleaning products on hand. Completes other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
There are no minimum training or experience requirements for this class.

No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

Standard Hrs: 40; Band: 01 ($ 15,080.00 - $ 20,880.00)
