Founded by Michael Carey, Stock & Trade Design Co. was created in 2012, within a 1,000 sq. ft. showroom in Birmingham, Alabama. Michael’s love for furniture and design was born from a passion for real estate and construction. Now 10 years later, Stock and Trade is growing strong with 5 retail stores, a growing social media presence and solid business to business relationships within our communities. We are now poised for our next stage; the launch of our flagship store at the District in Santa Rosa Beach.
The role will service our 65,000 sq. ft. location at the District, our 7 corporate residences, and our cafe.
Responsibilities
● Vacuuming Floors and Rugs
● Mopping Floors
● Gathering Trash
● Deep Cleaning of Restrooms and Daily Tidying of Restrooms
● Sanitize and Tidy Breakroom and Kitchen Spaces
● Steaming Furniture Textiles
● Ironing as Needed
● High Dusting
● Polishing and Dusting of Furniture
● Cleaning Windows and Doors
● Light Exterior Maintenance (Trash)
Job Requirements
● Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, and be mobile for long periods of time
● Ability to lift small items up to 25 lbs
● Ability to follow direction, be flexible, and be a team player
● Ability to use appropriate equipment for house cleaning purposes
● Bi-lingual preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
