The Holiday Inn Express is searching for candidates with a team-player attitude and a passion for cleaning. Cleaning experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates. Shifts are 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm.

Position Description: Public Attendants are responsible for assisting in all aspects of maintaining a clean atmosphere of our public spaces. This includes removing trash, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, cleaning and restocking public restrooms. This position will also be responsible for assisting guests by delivering requested amenities to guest rooms (extra towels, blankets, etc). Knowledge of light maintenance would be beneficial (changing light bulbs, remote batteries, etc). This position will also assist housekeeping as needed which includes, stripping guest rooms of dirty linen and trash.

Education and/or Experience: Customer service, housekeeping, or related professional area experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a courteous, tactful, and patient manner with hotel guests, other company associates and management including corporate associates, property owners, vendors, suppliers, and other members of the general public conducting business with Larkin Hospitality and its owned and managed properties.

• Excellent time management skills; multi-tasks skills; ability to prioritize and coordinate details.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or ability to learn quickly.
