JOB TITLE: HR ASSISTANT
DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
REPORTS TO: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
General Summary
Support department members. Perform specific duties according to pre-established procedures.
Principle duties & Responsibility
· Type verification letters for employees
· Maintain employee files and filing
· Answer telephone/door
· Assist employees with questions or direct them to appropriate department member
· Complete employment verifications
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Attend HR appreciation events
· Make employee entry badges
Skills & Abilities Required
· Knowledge of general company polices and handbook
· Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
· Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.25 - $17.25 per hour
