JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator provides administrative support and services for the Human Resources Department, interacting primarily with the HR team, employees and managers throughout the company.
JOB DUTIES
Provide administrative support to the HRBP(s) and HR Director
Handles processing of caregiver background checks through CRM system
Supports HR reporting via Workday and Excel to provide ongoing metrics for HR and other business units
Manages Workday tasks as required, including termination letters and other documents
Assists with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Maintains employee records
May assist the Talent Team with interview scheduling
Assists with new hire and termination processing, as well as other HR processes relating to compliance training
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook; strong computer skills; comfort with formulas and pivot tables in Excel, creating Powerpoint presentations
Experience with an HRIS platform such as Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, or similar
Comfort level with presentations and speaking in front of groups
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. If hybrid, employee must provide their own reliable internet service.
