Overview:
BGS is seeking a Human Resource Benefits Administrator to join our team at the Pantex National Security Complex in Amarillo, TX which provides integral mission support to the NNSA.

Responsibilities:
- General CSR duties including phone, email correspondence with employees.
- Keying new hire information and qualifying events daily.
- Conducting new hire orientation.
- Cobra entries.
- Process internal transfers.
- Complete QMCSO.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree plus 5-9 years of direct exp required, or a MA or MS with 5-9 years of experience.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be US citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.
