We are located in Robinsonville, MS, which is 20 minutes South of Memphis.

We are the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts, "the heart of every engine."

In Europe, we produce crankshafts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Renault, Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and many more.

In North America, we produce crankshafts for GM, Ford, Mercury and many more.

We are now expanding our plant to a new 2nd line.

We are hiring immediately.

Pay, Benefits, Working Conditions, Training, Advancement:

Pay- We pay $35,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience.

Human Resources Coordinator

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Oversee administration of company uniform program, including sizing, issuance of uniforms, timely return of uniforms, assistance with replacements, and maintain all paper and electronic files associated with the program.
  • Utilize online tools to provide timely responses.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Process weekly reports for Human Resources
  • Coordinate employee relations programs under the direction of Executive Management and Human Resources leadership.
  • Act as the primary person for new hire and existing employee computer training in the fields of environmental, OSHA & related topics, along with customers' site-specific training coordination
  • Maintain personnel employee files, as well as training records and expirations.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assist with meetings, interviews, HR hiring events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
  • Perform office support to include data entry, filing, phone correspondence, and other administrative functions as assigned.
  • Assisting Payroll & Benefits Specialist with the following:
    • Receiving initial notices from employees and supervisors for PTO requests/needs and coordinating with Company Management Team to provide initial information and oversee flow of related paperwork.
    • Preparing and processing documents for employees; maintaining attendance reports for Company Management Team
    • Processing of payroll function in ADP, and ZEUS/ISGUS, answering employee questions and correcting processing errors
    • Answering FAQs from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to Human Resources leadership.
    • Managing digital communication board.
  • Provides clerical support to Human Resources leadership.
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.
  • Provides administrative support in the area of plant safety to include tracking and scheduling required training, distributing safety materials, and other safety initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Well-versed in ADP

Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with leadership.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior Human Resources experience in a manufacturing industry business.
  • Work experience conducting applicant sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting employee onboarding in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Work experience with employee relations, development, and engagement as well as policy implementation and interpretation
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and civil rights legislation
