Responsibilities:
- Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include but not limited to the following:
- Recruitment and employment Job Posting/Advertising, Background Investigations and Drug Screens
- Data entry into human resources software New Hires, Terminations, Payroll Changes, Updates
- Personnel Records - Maintenance and storage
- Labor Relations - Union and CBA activities
- Affirmation Action Plan Data Mining
- Compliance Reporting- EEOC, Vets 100, Workers Compensation
- Benefits administration open enrollment and communication
- Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures
- Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies
- Other duties as assigned
