J.T. Mummert Consulting LLC is looking to hire three (3) Full-Time Licensed Behavior Consultants (LBC) for our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program, for 30-40 hours per week for the Hanover Area. Starting Wages for Licensed Behavior Consultants for IBHS will be $42.00 per hour. The LBC works with children, youth, and young adults in the development and implementation of their individual treatment plan.

• $500.00 SIGN ON BONUS, IF STARTED BY MAY 31, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting mental health assessments and functional behavior assessments.
• Developing and writing individual treatment plans.
• Using therapeutic techniques to reduce target behavior and increase the use of replacement behaviors.
• Provide consultation and trainings to team members on the implementation of the individual training plan.
• Provide supervision to BHTs.

Qualifications:
The LBC for Individual Services must have a minimum of the following:

• Valid licensure in one of the following areas: board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), behavior specialist license, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or a certified registered nurse practitioner.
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field and one year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children ages 3 to 21 years of age.

Hours/Area:

• 30-40 hours per week
• Hanover Area.

Wage:

• $42.00 per hour
• $500.00 SIGN ON BONUS, IF STARTED BY MAY 31, 2023.
• Wages for Admin Time, Training Time, Supervision, and a travel stipend. Training will be discussed during the interview process.
