Our Geode Health team is growing rapidly and we are in search of an Implementation Manager. The Implementation Manager will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations. This person will lead the go-live efforts for Geode Health clinicals. They are responsible for accomplishing business goals for the organization, including revenue and cost. We are a multi-site healthcare company that needs diverse implementation solutions across the business. The Implementation Manager will work cross-functionally with different departments in creating and maintaining the workflow. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and successfully manage project timelines, expectations and deliverables
  • Own the project implementation process from contract execution through go-live
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members
  • Coordinate across functional teams- to include business development, IT, accounting, HR and clinical, to ensure provider focused onboarding to our systems and processes
  • Coordinate, map and manage go-live
  • Assist with opening new clinics, along with ongoing support
  • Receive, organize, analyze, and manage data
  • Monitor data services like imports, technical migrations and/or abstraction
  • Proactively identify issues/opportunities and propose action
  • Prioritize and follow-through multiple tasks to completion
  • Identify and innovatively resolve any possible obstacles to on‐time and precise delivery

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Previous extensive involvement in implementation, either through leading multi-site healthcare integration, having led previous healthcare companies that were acquired or made acquisitions and having been heavily involved throughout the integration process
  • Work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consult based on expertise of the platform and understanding of needs
  • Independent and quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 years relevant work experience Implementation and go-live
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
