Hatboro-Horsham School District is seeking as an Independent Contractor for Full-time and Part-time Licensed Social Worker(s) in both our middle and high schools

About the position:

• The Social Worker will work with students, teachers, and parents/guardians to help achieve the highest degree of academic and behavioral success for our students.
• The Social Worker will serve as a community liaison, providing outreach and networking with Montgomery County resources.
• The Social Worker will provide direct and indirect supports to families and students that are experiencing or at risk for homelessness and students experiencing or displaying emotional or behavioral needs.

What is preferred/required:

A working knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support as well as tier II and III level intervention strategies preferred.

Certified Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker with PA licensure, all required clearances, and current liability insurance required.

Schedule/Hours: High School – 7:20 AM to 3:00 PM, Keith Valley Middle School – 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Part-time, flexible schedule

Length of assignment: Yearly

Rate of pay: Based on billable hours which will be negotiated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
