Job Description
Our Dayton, TN Division is accepting applications for an experienced Top Helper (Millwright) who can use their knowledge and skills to install, dismantle, move machinery or heavy equipment according to layout plans, blue prints or other drawings.
Job Responsibilities

Ability to perform supervised and unsupervised installations.
Must be a good communicator and able to follow instructions from journeyman or field supervisor.
Ability to perform alone with minimal supervision.
Must show willingness to perform assigned tasks and gain knowledge of the trade.
Must have working knowledge of trade documents. (Drawings, specifications etc.)
Responsible for jobsite cleanliness.
Must adhere to safety policies and be a champion of safe work practices and policies
Skills and Qualifications

3 to 4 years industrial construction experience.
Analyze and understand blueprints, layout plans, and schematics.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with co-workers
Ability to operate aerial lifts to perform job duties
OSHA 10 preferred, but not required
