Position: Information Systems Analyst (ONSITE) Office Location: USA (Rhode Island)
PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions with offices in Puerto Rico, United States, and Ireland, and servicing the Life Sciences, F&B, WTP/WWTP and Utilities industries is looking for a full-time employed Information Systems (IS) Analyst Level I and Level II based out of our USA office (Rhode Island).
These roles will be integrated with our existing Outsourcing Services Provider (OSP) business model for the client, which is comprised of a team of PACIV associates executing and maintaining various Validation and Automation tasks and business functions. PACIV’s OSP team is responsible for supporting the client’s commercial facility that manufactures multiple commercial and clinical bulk drug substances by providing seamless support to Quality and Manufacturing operations and their respective groups.

Job Description:
The Information Systems Analyst will be primarily responsible to perform system administration functions around applications for Quality Control, Manufacturing and Process Development equipment. These systems have associated application software whereby the software and access to the software for use is controlled. This position will follow site standard operating procedures and work practices to maintain the user accounts and state of the software platforms of these systems. While familiarity in some of specific equipment may be beneficial, functional experience in operating the equipment is not required. The following is a list of some of the systems to be maintained by the Information Systems Analyst:
· Quality Control Benchtop Applications (Spectrophotometers, Densitometers, Cell Analyzers, etc.)
· Manufacturing Benchtop Applications (BGAs, Cell Counters, TOC Analyzers, etc.)
· Process Development Applications (AKTA, FTIR Spectrometers, NMR, etc.)
Job Responsibilities
· Understand and follow site User and System Administration procedures.
· Complete assigned training curriculum and maintain training at 100% (mostly computer-based training)
o This will include training on the Information Systems Service Management (ServiceNow), the Work Order Management applications, and production access gowning training
· Execute System Security and Access Control activities as specified by standard operating procedures
· Manage and execute Information Systems tickets and work orders for analytical benchtop applications
· Maintain and oversee user access and password reset requests
· Manage and execute vendor account creation and removal requests
· Execute annual analytical benchtop application audit trail reviews per procedure
· Execute administrative activities for annual user access reviews and period reviews
· Manage and execute periodic system backups per Client’s procedures
· Manage and execute daylight savings time adjustments per Client’s procedures
Requirements
o Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Scientific, or Computer Science fields
o Minimum of one (1) year of experience performing System Administration duties in a technical field
o Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
o Familiarity with general laboratory equipment functionality and nomenclature
o Ability to prioritize a wide range of workload with concurrent critical deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
o Experience using ServiceNow and/or MAXIMO information management systems
o Knowledge of analytical benchtop applications in QC and Manufacturing Laboratory settings
o Understanding of Life Sciences, Biopharma, and Medical Device industries
o Familiarity with GMP, GDP and GLP in an FDA-regulated environment
o Desire to grow professionally with PACIV OSP project team and through ongoing training opportunities
Other Requirements
Location: Rhode Island ONSITE ONLY
Travel: Up to 10% for various trainings, conferences or meetings with vendors, suppliers, etc.

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
