Information Technology Manager Job at Yum! Brands
Pizza Hut US is seeking to hire an experienced and talented finance leader into a newly created role in the finance function. This is an important role for the business and this person will work collaboratively with the technology leadership team, technology team, finance team and PH leadership team to develop, lead & ensure the financial governance of technology initiatives is closely monitored and reported across the business.
They will be responsible for analyzing all technology related information collated by the Financial Planning & Analysis team to help drive financial governance against set deliverable each year.
- Partner with technology team and FP&A team on all key initiatives to understand financial and strategic implications, including deliver financial milestones.
- Develop reporting for financial status of all technology related projects.
- Communicate and explain period variances against forecast and updating the outlook for balance of year and highlighting actions required by Technology Team
- Lead financial reviews with internal leaders; recommend plans of action to meet objective and coordinate efforts to execute them.
- Manage Technology Capitalization on a periodic basis .
- Implement risk and control frameworks
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with major in finance-related discipline- MBA preferred.
FACTORS OF SUCCESS NECESSARY:
- 8+ years of relevant finance/business experience
- Solid understanding of the overall Financial Planning & Analysis function including experience in managing quarterly forecasting and analysis
- Clear commercial orientation and ability to think and act like a holistic business leader
- Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and service attitude
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and inspire others.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
