Inside/Outside Sales Representative Job at Loda Enterprises
The Inside/Outside Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
· Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
· Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
· Answer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
· Provide information, quotes, credit terms applications, and other bid specifications to clients
· Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders.
· Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
· Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
· Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
· Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
· Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to manager(s)
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
· Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
