Position: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (with 2 Years of Phone Sales exp.)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Position Reports to: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Compensation: $35,000 to $60,000 Annually (Hourly Wage / Plus Commissions)

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking an Inside Sales Reps to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue and work alongside our Outside Sales Estimators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND BASIC TASKS

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Responsible to close sales and achieve customer satisfaction

Great product with good value

Follow-up on appointments with customers to advance the sales cycle

Forward sales material to present to customers

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Basic PC knowledge including use of Outlook, Excel, and Word. Position also requires some telephone and typing skills.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is necessary.

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Having some Microsoft access experience preferred, but not required.

Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen & provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved identification.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Honest, dependable, self-motivated, persuasive, deadline and detail-oriented, good communication skills. Extroverted and able to handle rejection and stress and keep positive mind set. Ability to work in a team oriented environment and good customer phone skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Fast-paced and fun office environment position that requires the abilities to work in close contact with other Inside Sales Reps, Outside Sales Reps and Sales & Marketing Manager.
