Inside Sales Rep(ISR) Job at Marmic Fire & Safety Co
MAJOR PURPOSE:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound contact to prospective clients with the intent of generating new business opportunities and acquiring and retaining long-term quality clients while meeting the company’s sales goals.

Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and lead follow-up

Understand customer needs and requirements

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure if needed

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
-
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with regional partners to build pipeline and close deals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven inside sales experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Experience working with CRM

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education and Experience:

1 to 3 years related experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
