WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / MARKETER
In this Inside Sales Representative / Marketing role, we rely on you to maximize your interpersonal and communication skills to effectively close sales of our security systems. Much of your day is spent making phone calls and consulting with clients about our quality products and services. You are responsible for key account development, social media, Public Relations, attending association meetings, manage outreach. Being attentive and empathetic, you actively listen to our clients' needs and concerns to best meet their individual security needs. When working with current clients, you seek to identify any additional needs that could be further met by our security solutions. Additionally, you follow up on permit and bid request leads as you work hard to extend our reach.
You pride yourself in being able to create positive relationships while working with current and potential clients. Being highly organized, you assist with consistent workflow for our business as you effectively prioritize and manage leads to achieve monthly goals. Business to business (B2B) sales experience is preferred but not required.
