At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com/) we are looking for a Installation Supervisor for our Shop located in Lake Dallas,TX who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation of custom-made countertops to customers and work order specifications. This position also administrates and supervises the tasks of application installation workers and associates in the company.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to lead the team to complete given project
• Plan and schedule install crew per project
• Random inspection of install crews
• Site walk-through and planning for the installation process
• Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered for scheduled
• Instructs crews on proper use of materials and quality
• Reviewing integration documents to ensure documentation is accurate
• Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by installation
• Minor job repairs when needed
• Collaboration with and managing workflow with Fabrication Leads
• On-sight installation supervision/management
• Day-to-day communication with clients and vendors regarding installation process
• Scheduling internal and external project team meetings – as needed
• Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE
Required:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience

Desired:

• 1+ year(s) of work experience in the stone industry

EDUCATION
Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE
Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

SKILLS
Required:

• Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to use power tools effectively
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
