Position Summary

The Internal Communication Seasonal Associate position provides real world experience to college students seeking a future career in communication. As a primary function, this position supplies assistance to Internal Communication personnel and will gain experience working with Adobe Suite products, such as InDesign and Audition. Additionally, it allows management to identify qualified potential full-time bank employees for the future.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

• Design and update bank-wide promotional images
• Plan, organize, and format internal newsletter content
• Assists in developing and writing communication plans
• Assists in coordinating and editing podcast episodes
• Performs other duties as necessary to meet business demands

Other Job Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Audition
• Studying a related major, such as communication, journalism, or graphic design.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
