Internal Communications Partner Job at QVC
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications for Operations, this is a regional role supporting the assigned fulfillment centers' leadership team by writing and delivering accurate communications for fulfillment center team members and leadership aimed at supporting team member engagement, nurture and growth of team culture, attracting and retaining a robust workforce. You will help to ensure our Fulfillment Center team members have a clear understanding of our customers, our business strategies, plans, and their role in contributing to the long term success of the business. This supports fulfillment leadership, People, and operations.
Communications topics include business updates and company updates, new projects, organizational changes, operational changes, issues updates, technology updates, customer experience updates. Communications content will include leader talking points, FAQs, fact sheets, brochures or hand-outs, postings on information boards, signage and digital signage copy, presentations, etc. This role must be cognizant of the various communications channels to reach both wired and non-wired team members at fulfillment centers which includes face-to-face, team meetings, information boards, digital signage, flyers/hand-outs, telephone messaging.
This role can be based in Ontario or Fontana, CA, and is hybrid.

Your Impact
- Manage the site's digital signs displaying organizational and site-specific news.
- Ensure appropriate approval process of all communications across teams and seniority.
- Monitor for positive, uplifting stories of Fulfillment Center team members or teams relating to excellence in customer service, operations, living Our Principles, etc.to share across Qurate Retail Group team member base.
- Grow team member engagement by assisting with planning and building on-site engagement events, including games/activities, raffles, cook-outs and other food giveaways, product giveaways, DEI events, team member recognition activities, team meetings, town hall meetings.
- Partner with FC site-level leadership as an advisor on communications needs including content & delivery method and creative solutions.
- Provide support to multiple FCs in a region, and may function as ad-hoc back-up Internal Communications resource for other sites.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience using and creating written information that drives employee engagement
- 3+ years of experience working in a fulfillment and/or call center environment
- Experience functioning as a corporate representative
- Hands-on experience identifying channels of communication
- Experience soliciting employee feedback
- Experience evaluating, summarizing and acting on data points.
- Experience using survey data to implement changes or new programs
- Experience providing verbal and written information to support corporate initiatives

Salary: $60,000.00 - $101,500.00
