Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to)

• Perform administrative duties involving all aspects of purchasing, receiving, and logistical coordinating of window and Patio door screens.
• Physically receive and organize purchased screens.
• Maintain inventory log and tracking of purchased screens.
• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, scheduling, customer service personnel
• Cross training in material receiving, material handling, cycle counting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication
• Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Solid organizational skills including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Ability after training to understand Coeur d’Alene Window’s proprietary window manufacturing and glass ordering process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Required)
• Experience with ERP Manufacturing Systems (Preferred)
• Purchasing Experience (Preferred)
• Inventory Control Experience (Preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred but not required. Willing to Train.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and stand for long periods of time. Handling possible extreme heat and cold in a warehouse environment.

All candidates will be required to pass drug screening.
