ROLE SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems
aiming for the highest functionality. You will also train users of the systems to ensure
appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.

• Set up users for total IT needs including computer workstations with all necessary software and peripheral devices (printers, scanning capability, etc.), cell phones,tablets, etc.
• Point person for all IT requests, including but not limited to: daily functionality issues with computers or printers, requests for hardware upgrades, requests for software upgrades, and company issued cell phone issues.
• Organize and document all IT related information (user lists, software licenses and who has them, computer names and employees, server setup, inventory of all equipment we have and where it is, cell phone list etc. etc.) and maintain it in an organized fashion going forward.
• Manage company cell plan and devices, review cost and upgrades, ensure all

equipment is appropriate for the end user. Understand warranty policy, trackbilling/returns, refunds, overage charges, ensure accurate billing line by line for each employee.

• Maintain open support ticket list and follow up on unresolved issues in a timely

fashion.

• Install and configure appropriate software applications according to specifications.
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computers systems.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and/or

computer equipment.

• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance while minimizing interruption from others completing their work.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedules.
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders. Maintain small inventory of items often used to enable quick resolution of common issues.
• Provide basic support for the telephone system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
